Upon arrival it is often a hassle to first change money and then figure out how to get from the airport or the train station to your final destination (generally your place of accommodation), especially in a large group. For this reason we always try to have enough spare tickets available (single or 24-hour tickets) for the local means of transport (i.e., the bus or the tram) in Krakow which you can purchase from us before your departure. Please do inform us in due time so that we can ensure to have enough tickets to pass on to our customers.
