The small, new and cozy hotel is located in a green area of town near the botanical garden, yet at the same time it is close to the center of town. The friendly and sunny rooms are decorated with light wooden furniture; all have a bathroom with bathrobes and a blow dryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet and telephone. Part of the hotel is a tastefully decorated restaurant with a terrace and carefully selected Ukrainian and international dishes. The restaurant is famous for its light fish dishes.
