By bus you will be taken to Petrodvorets, the summer residence of Peter the Great at the picturesque southern bank of the Gulf of Finland. The palace of this Versaille of Russia has a glamorous interior and the enormous park grounds fascinate visitors with their countless fountains, cascades, little castles and pavillions. The next stop on the agenda will be the model village Shuvalovka, which is located between Petrodvorets and St. Petersburg. During a general tour of the village, the visitor will be enlightened on the historical background of Russian village life as well as the peculiarities public competitions. Afterwards the visitors will have the opportunity to indulge in an elaborate traditional Russian dinner at the village restaurant.
