In order to provide the invitation we need the following papers in their entirety: • The file containing the scan of the main page of your passport which shall be used for stamping in the visa of a Chinese consulate. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months and must contain an empty page for visa purposes. • Personal data (first name, last name, nationality, maiden name, sex, day of birth, place of birth, number of passport, day of issuing of passport, place of issuing of passport, embassy of consulate where you will apply for the visa) • A contract signed by you (we will send you the contract to sign by e-mail, fax of mail imnmediately on your request) • A copy of the receipt of payment of your bank that covers 100 per cent of the price of invitation. |

Important information: • Travelers who want to stay in China for business or commercial purposes shall not enter China with a tourist visa. In case of a work accident or simply in case of a police investigation that unveils the commercial purpose of your stay severe sanctions may be imposed on any business traveler. • We finally advice you that we provide the invitation but cannot guarantee the issuing of the visa nor the permission of entry that are within the sole discretion of the People's Republic of China. |
